Once your order and payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide. Please print your confirmation email and bring with you on the night of the event. Thank you for your purchase and we look forward to seeing you.
- Tickets may be picked up at the venue's box office 30 minutes before the event commences, or anytime afterwards.
- To pick up a ticket order, you must present the original credit card used to make this purchase, as well as a photo ID.
- Purchaser acknowledges that the name entered on this order form will be released to the event promoter or facility coordinator at the venue.
Refund Policy
Please note that all sales are final. Customers are entitled to full refunds if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforseen circumstances. Customers will automatically be notified if this occurs if a valid email address or phone number has been provided.
If an event is rescheduled and you elect to receive a refund, you must return the complete ticket order with confirmation email or ticket stub to the address indicated below at least 24 hours prior the newly scheduled date.
